Bb. Pilipinas 2010 was held last Saturday at its usual location at the Araneta Coliseum and was broadcasted by GMA Channel 7.

Winners are Czarina Catherine Gatbonton as Bb. Pilipinas World, Krista Mae Kleiner as Bb. Pilipinas International, and Maria Venus Raj as Bb. Pilipinas Universe, while Dianne Necio is the First Runner-up  and crowds’ favorite Helen Nicolette Henson is the Second Runner-up.
