Hi guys, Jepoy here… I’ll be hijacking Lalaine’s blog for a while to post this guide on how to block Tim Cumper on your WordPress blogs. Who’s Tim Cumper you ask? Well he’s the dickhead with a pedophile smile on the photo above and also the stalker of about every blogger related or friends with me, Ms. Noemi Dado and Reyna Elena.

I came up with this post because after all these months, Tim Cumper is still stalking us and accusing everyone of some grand conspiracy that only exists in his head. Last victim is my childhood friend Pepper which he accused of posting comments as Jen on Ms. Dado’s blog and mine. For all these years that I’ve known Pepper, she never used the name Jen or Jenny anywhere. Now she’s one of the accused. And besides, she doesn’t even know who this old geezer is.

Since February of last year, I’ve kept a list of his ISP and IPs and it seems he’s using BT Central Plus. Now with that data, let’s ban this stalker.

Go to your WordPress dashboard and find a plugin named WP-Ban (Manual download here)

Once you have installed the WP-Ban plugin, enter these values on the IP Address and Host Names fields.

Please note that we are banning almost the entire BT Central Plus subscribers from Tim Cumper’s area meaning people who are not Tim Cumper may also be banned. So if you feel you may have readers from Tim Cumper’s place (Maidenhead, United Kingdom) then you should customize the ban message.

I know most of you have been telling us to ignore Tim Cumper, but ignoring him for the past 2 years proved to be useless. I currently have a pending video project about Cumper and I believe now is the time to work on that project again.

Quezon City’s 1st Districr Councilor Jun Ferrer Jr. reminded the public of ordinance number SP1852 S-08 which compels drivers of both private and public utility vehicles (PUV) to turn on their headlights on from 6PM to 6AM the next day. This ordinance was issued to deter road mishaps, Quezon City authorities said.

A recent meeting with the Quezon City Police District Director San Diego, councilor Ferrer told him to instruct the police to strictly enforce the ordinance to ensure public safety on major roads and streets in the city. Failure to comply to this ordinance will result in stiff fines and possible jail terms.

Quezon City  is the former capital (1948–1976) and the most populous city in the Philippines. Located on the island of Luzon, Quezon City (popularly known to Filipinos as simply QC) is one of the cities and municipalities that make up Metro Manila, the National Capital Region. The city was named after Manuel L. Quezon, the former president of the Commonwealth of the Philippines who founded the city and developed it to replace Manila as the country’s capital. Quezon City is not located in and should not be confused with Quezon province, which was also named after the president.

Having been the former capital, many government offices are located in the city, including the Batasang Pambansa, the seat of the House of Representatives, which is the lower chamber in the Philippine Congress.
