GameOPS at ToyCon 2010
June 25th, 2010 | EventsWith less than 2 weeks of preparation, we’ve managed to pull-off a blockbuster booth at the recently concluded 9th Philippine ToyCon. This was the first time we had a booth at a convention this size.
I was overwhelmed with the crowd at GameOPS booth. They were all fascinated when they saw the “partial” evolution of video game consoles we had on display. On the first day, we had setup Jepoy’s old Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) with Duck Hunt and Super Mario Bros. so convention goers can play the game. On day 2, Glen provided the copy of Super Street Fighter 4 and Guitar Hero for our next-gen XBOX 360 demo.
I would like to thank Azrael for giving us this rare opportunity to finally introduce GameOPS to the local mass market, Jamie Ysrael of ASUS, Jerry Mercado and Aldous Castro of Digital Media Exchange (Mobius Games), and Albert Hernandez for all the help and support!
Also, congrats to all the GameOPS.net and igad Interactive crew for the successful GameOPS booth! Pepper, Euri, Mark, Jepoy, Glen, Rocky, Mike, Siopao, Karlo etc… CONGRATS! See you at ToyCon 2011 =)
